The bed was comfortable. There was Dove Shampoo! The room was really spacious. The TV was huge. The desk was huge, which was great because I needed to work. The gym didn’t have a bench and one treadmill was broken but other than that, it was fine. I liked breakfast. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and DPAC for a show, and safe. Property is well maintained and updated. Room was large and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was great. Everything was very clean. Employees were friendly.

Additional fee to check in early even though property empty. Layout is trash... to get to elevator have to walk allll the way to the back of the hotel through long hall ways, go up elevator, and then your good luck if your room is toward the front of the hotel... another super long walk to a underwhelming room (there's only one elevator and we were on 4th floor) Check in sucked as well

Went to breakfast at 9:50 and everything was already packed up and put away. There was a football group staying at the hotel that were young boys that were running around the hotel yelling and screaming. Parents and staff did not stop the behaviors.
