I gave 1 star because the elevator is not working. Looking at the reviews this has been inoperable for months. How long does it take to get it repair. Carrying luggage to the 3rd and 4th floor is a lot. Please get this fixed immediately.

Absolutely disgusting roaches in the room and when told aboutnit front desk could care less. Called 3 times for the "only manager" they have Irvin and hes always not there.

Outside the whole building, garbage everywhere! Cigarette butts, trash, liquor bottles. Bottom floor is infested with cockroachs!! Crawling everywhere at night, so gross I woke up to one crawling up my arm!!!! Disgusting!!! Hall rugs look like they have NEVER been cleaned. No smoking - yet the halls smelled horrible! RUN-- DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

The breakfast included muffins, coffee, and tea. Expected more. The location is in a less safe part of town. People were in the hallway outside our room arguing loudly and swearing late at night and very early in the morning. Not a pleasant experience. Canceled a future reservation because of this.
