Having come from another Holiday Inn Express the night before I can very easily compare one against the other, especially as the rooms were almost identical layouts. The room at Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate was certainly more tired in appearance and not cleaned to the same level, although nothing that warranted immediate attention / change of room. The rooms are functional and comfortable, though if you want the window open the proximity to the dual carriageway is a tad bothersome. The greatest difference in the two locations was the staff, sadly I would say Ramsgate reception staff were 'luke warm' in comparison, not 'rude', but not particularly helpful.
