Great location. Very quiet although near heavy traffic area.All systems worked as designed. Easy check in. Extra computer monitor was very useful as it could be connected to a small screen laptop. Floors and countertops could be a little cleaner. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Amenities were fine but there was no extra toilet paper anywhere and we literally ran out in both bathrooms. It would be nice to have Kleenex as well and the second bigger bedroom could use a dresser to put away clothes and a nicer nightstand

Very comfortable stay, host was very prompt in replying to any of my questions. Quiet location, and decent size patio to relax on overlooking the golf course. Nice updates to the living areas and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Just be aware the 4th bedroom is right off the living room and very small with basically only the bed and side table.

We had a wonderful time, a group of us traveled to the area for a tennis tournament and our stay was so perfect! Super close to the Omni tennis club. Easy access, easy parking and so close to wonderful restaurants and stores. We are already planning to return next year.

This property needs some proper maintenance to the beds and the outside back patio. I’ve stayed in multiple different units over the years that were not as new but were maintained much better. First , if you are in the business of renting your place for people to sleep you better invest in mattresses and beds that are not falling apart and are comfortable. The bed frame in second bedroom was broken but looked like just temporarily fixed so the mattress fell through the first day. Had to pull the mattress on the floor to sleep. The master bedroom mattress is so hard and only a Queen, which is really unfortunate for the price of the rental. The second major issue is the back patio that faces the beautiful golf course has old and dirty chairs with one small old and very dirty table. For a rental unit where sitting outside is such an expectation this type of outside flimsy furniture is not okay. The kitchen is very nice and after a whole day texting back and forth with the owner on how to get the golf cart to work we finally were able to use that. A printed or electronic owners or rentals manual with more information about the cart, when or how to use the tennis courts or fitness center would be useful. It’s advertised as part of the rental but absolutely nothing is provided to help us access these amenities. This unit looks good in the pictures but is very poorly maintained. Go for an older unit and you will be more comfortable.

Great condo in a great location in town. Was a little disappointed that the golf cart did not work and there was no futon in the living room like the listing stated, we were short a bed for our family. Other than that, the house was great at the host was very helpful and communicative.

Perfect Location

Spacious and functional unit in the wonderful Rancho Las Palmas Resort. Perfect location, across the street from the River complex in Rancho Mirage. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable long term stay

We had a great one-month stay! The location was excellent — very close to the pool, clubhouse, hotel, and included golf cart access, which made getting around easy and fun. The home was well-stocked with amenities, making it very comfortable for a longer stay.There were a few maintenance issues during our visit, but Crystal and Matt were very easy to reach and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns, which we really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the garage is quite full with personal items, and the exterior patio and entry walkway foliage could use some maintenance.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. Thanks again!

Beautiful home on the golf course with everything you need and more.

Our family enjoyed a few days here while attending a wedding. We loved all the space and wonderful views.After leaving a load of laundry the host went above and beyond to locate it and make sure I got it back. Great host and humans!!!

Great stay at Rancho Las Palmas

Spent February 2025 at this great condo!3-4 bedrooms, 2 full baths in a resort setting on the golf course in Rancho Mirage. Nicely furnished and updated, well stocked kitchen and very clean. Played golf, enjoyed a great back patio with a nice BBQ. Crystal the owner answered all our questions quickly. Had a great time and will be back!

Quiet and Convenient

Nice quiet neighborhood on the Rancho Las Palmas Golf Course conveniently located next to Omni and several nice restaurants. Grapefruit, Orange and Lemon trees on or near property. Home was great, very comfortable with plenty of room.Very nice owners.

Great indoor and outdoor spaces on the golf course

This was a great way to stay with friends at the resort, without saying in a hotel room. And the extended space, including the option to cook healthy meals on our schedule in the well-appointed kitchen made the experience that much more enjoyable. As a bonus, the ample living room which opens to the patio highlighted the views and made the weather a joy. I especially enjoyed reading under the mandarin tree.

Overall it was an ok rental. The beds and bedding in all rooms seemed very old. Not comfortable. No dressers in rooms to put folded clothes other than the primary. Lights on fan on patio didn’t work. What was represented as a fourth bedroom was the size of a closet.

Family Wedding Stay

Fabulous location. Wonderful amenities. Well stocked. Crystal was so responsive to any requests and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Only negative were the overflowing trash cans outside which had not been emptied prior to our stay.
