Our room has a back exterior door that is not safe. The toilet will not flush right. The shower handle is broken. There is no Kleenex. I can’t get the TV channels that I want…not even ESPN.

The room was very clean. Check in was done by a very nice lady. The bed was a rock. The pillow a pancake. Yelling screaming crying heard most of the night. Ambulance called. Wish all hotels had 24 hours staff to throw out the garbage when needed! Will not stay again. Too bad it’s a cute place.

I was ready to check out at 6:30 am, and nobody was in the office. I called the number on the door. The man who answered the phone, said someone will be there at the office at 10:00 am. I am traveling. Time is an essence. What kind of a place is this. Nobody to look after the property, or guess needs.

This is a great place to stay if you are planning a visit to Taos. Everything is updated. We stayed here two years ago when the owners were just starting renovations. Great price.

When we got to the hotel, I was charged more than a $50 deposit and no one could tell me why. There was no hot water in the water pressure or shower was not even existent when we called the front desk. They said someone would be there in 30 to 45 minutes to fix our issue. No one ever showed up.
