Parking was available at the hostel. I would definitely stay here again as it was very clean, quiet and adequate accommodations of showers and common space to easily move around. The privacy of my bunk was great and ability to have an outlet and light inside the bunk, and a locked drawer was absolutely appreciated. Lived this place!

We had a room for four adults with a private bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were a bit hard but not a huge issue. The breakfast in the morning was great and very convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for your stay.

Midgard was the best! The staff were super friendly and so incredibly helpful. Our private room was so quiet snd comfortable after our long trip. But most of all the view of the horses grazing out our window was amazing.

First time in a hostel, didnt know what to expect but i was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and the rooms were clean. The showers were not very clean and the breakfast had very few options so im glad i didnt pay for it.

This was a great value and a great place to start our Iceland adventure. The friendly staff greeted us with lots of information and a smile. We arrived early (late morning) after a red eye flight and the staff helped us find a place to eat and worked on getting us into our room as soon as possible. Room was basic but clean and in great condition. We had private bath and everything worked well. The area in front of hotel is a little industrial but there is an adorable horse farm behind the property and this is what you see from the room and from the hotel restaurant and terrace. The on site restaurant and bar had great food and service and made our first day very easy. They also have a nice breakfast buffet in the morning for a charge. If you have time to shop, there is a grocery store walking distance and communal kitchen facilities (at least for storage of food). Not sure about cooking. We had a car and did our own thing but it also appeared possible to book tours and activities through the hotel.
