The property was unfortunately a bit underwhelming compared to the photos, which made it seem more polished and well-equipped than it actually was. There were several details that didn't quite live up to expectations—some broken items, outdated features, and general wear and tear that took away from the overall experience. It's clear the space has a lot of potential, and with some thoughtful upgrades and a bit more attention to maintenance, it could be a great stay. With a few fixes and improved accuracy in the listing, it could definitely live up to a Superhost standard. In my experience Superhosts go above and beyond and as a guest I expect nothing less. I expect clean, functional, and thoughtfully chosen items—not broken appliances, the cheapest possible furnishings and misleading listing amenities. A Superhost badge should reflect a higher standard, and anything less feels misleading.
It's never easy to write a negative review, especially when I had high hopes for my stay. I truly wanted to enjoy the experience, but I can't help feeling that things could have been so much better. Disappointment isn't something I take lightly, and unfortunately, that's what I walked away with.
