Our stay at the Club House and suites was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is clean and has a beautiful common area where you can sit and eat your continental breakfast with or just sit and relax ! I would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends to stay :)

Beautiful property. Great location for visiting Custer State Park Needle Highway, Mount Rushmore, Keystone and Hill city. Only downfall the wall seem to be very thin and you could hear people in the other room.

The Club House was a great hotel! Very nice & clean & with super customer service & amenities. However, a few of the “little comforts” were missing. For some reason we were given a “handicap” room (not handicapped at all) I think but there was no counter space to put anything, no folding luggage rack-just nowhere to put anything! Otherwise nice place-great breakfast!

Our first stay in Rapid City

Clubhouse Hotel and Suites is an excellent place to stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, most of the items changed each day. It’s near to many attractions and an easy drive to even Devil’s Tower.

We loved the clean atmosphere and beautiful room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The gym and pool areas were great. We thought breakfast was OK but staff seemed to have trouble keeping hot items stocked. Our check in process was slow after a long day of travel. Overall we would love to return once additional amenities are established such as the managers reception, restaurant and fire pit.

Very pleasant place to stay

The staff is very eager to please, however, they were experiencing the effects of being a new hotel. The kitchen staff was good, and breakfast was great. It was disappointing to have to wait 20 minutes for the coffee cannisters to be replaced, but I think they were operating with too few folks in the kitchen. Overall a very njce stay. Its also very conveniently located.
