We specifically booked this hotel because we needed a shuttle to the airport. I even called hotel. There was no shuttle. We had to book an uber which cost us another $35. The breakfast was cheap and over all not a great stay. I will not stay here again.

I made my reservation through a third party at midnight then drove in from Montana to endure a female named Carrie. Without a doubt the rudest most condescending individual I have seen in a very long time. I am a 75 year old Vietnam Vet and was on this trip to find some peace and Carrie thought otherwise. The hotel was great but if Carrie is the face of your company you're in trouble

The hotel was rated 8+ by Expedia; however, it is very old and is very poorly run with broke down air conditioners and bed bugs. Very disappointed with the hotel and Expedia for having given it such a high review. I tried to cancel after I saw the room but wasn’t allowed.

The property was adequate. The staff was pleasant with the exception of what I assumed was the manager. She was curt and unfriendly. I needed an accommodation which she flatly refused. I would sleep on the street before ever staying at this property again.

Foothills Inn was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Great location and nearby a lot of restaurants and stores. It was about a 10 minute drive to downtown Rapid City, which was very convenient.
