We booked and paid extra for a deluxe room because it shows & lists it having a table to sit and eat at, an office table and chair and a nice bigger bowl style sink area. When we went in, it had an old small office table with no chair, no dining table, the sink area was tiny. Also none of the other things seen in the pics are accurate either as well as a dirty bathtub and stained floors. Ive stayed in some bad motels before and didnt complain because i didnt pay extra for a nice room. All the front desk said was that those were old pics....yeah sure. Also the front desk guys were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Ive attached a few REAL photos as well as there false advertised photos that also lists some of the features that are clearly not there.

Rapid City Super 8 on Howard St.

Room phone didn't work, so had to go down to front desk to tell them I couldn't get the TV to work! Front desk staff immediately followed me to room & apologized for old phone system & also disconnected & reconnected the TV cable so TV would work. No ice bucket in room. Got one from another hotel guest & first ice machine I tried to use was broken! The machine adjacent to the lobby worked, though. Again, staff (Damian) was great, but this hotel definitely needs improvement! Bed was comfortable.

Nice and simple

The property appeared to be undergoing a slight update. Some areas appeared to be different than others. Exterior door locks did not work. Our room door was open and room prep was still in process when we appeared from our late check in.

This hotel was Fair, at best. Condition was really poor. Carpet ripped, holes in walls, stains. Front desk service very unprofessional in appearance.

We stopped for the night while passing through. We was extremely thankful that their parking lot was big enough to accommodate our truck and travel trailer. The Chili's next door was convenient and delicious.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Pool wasn't working. We were permitted to go one exit down and use the pool at a sister hotel. No diet soda 😞 in the vending machine. Restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
