First room : half the lights didn’t work. Thermostat did not work. Had to tie a sock around tub spout to make it work. No microwaves in rooms. Train track side of building 3 trains from 10pm-230am leaning on the horn. Asked for room swap and got it to front of building. Second room: some lights didn’t work. Sink was cracked. Thermostat didn’t work. Trains again as windows and exterior walls allow so much noise in you can hear people talking outside even on the 8th floor. Interior doors block no noise at all. Overall this was my second worse business stay at a hotel. Staff is great though. Overall impression is this is a worn and outdated hotel posing as an elite facility. Traveler beware.
