Ground floor: Living room with 3 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the 100 sqm terrace. Bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 double bed, TV and In separate property. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room, 9 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine. Labin. The villa is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 20 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
