The host was great and the cabin was so cozy and well taken care of. The only complaint I have was the hot tub. That was the main reason for going and we did not end up using it because it did not smell good at all. It definitely needs to be taken care of better. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The hot tub was slimy, I fell trying to get out. Large bruises on knee, arm and back. No vent fan in bathroom. Mold is on the caulking in shower. Bathroom door did not shut. The reason there is no Wi-Fi is due to no modem or router in the cabin. So you wonā€™t get Wi-Fi. Back door wouldnā€™t lock. Main heater didnā€™t work. No snacks in the cabin and 20 minutes away from a gas station. Come prepared. The driveway from the road is really bad. Watch for large stone in the parking place. My friend twisted his foot. Kitchen and bedroom/living room were fine. Outside there was a large cutout hole in the foundation. Walking the dogs was an ugly view of that as there is insulation hanging down and other scrap. We asked the host for one thing, ice and he said he doesnā€™t have any. Less than impressed for 560 for two weekday nights.

We are michigan red necks. So we dont expect perfect. Like high class city folk. We thought the cabin was nice. Again we dont expect perfect. We was happ with are comfort level. This spot is designed for people who love and exercise riding dirt bikes and 4 wheelers etc. Rough terrain not like normal tracks but like hill climbing for miles. The foot hills to the Appalachian mountains. I feel if you was a die hard rider who loved riding and was planning to bring your toys along the journey. You would be right at home. I have a few friends of this caliber. So i get it. We was on our 5 year anniversary trip. We would have much rather stayed at the Hocking hills resort. This was a 40 min drive. From our destination..and much more reserved for moto heads. We did enjoy the hot tub and quaint cabin feel. Be aware- pack food and supplies. Its in the middle of no where. Plan accordingly..2,3,4,5 nights etc. Bring your toys. Brapp mountain. Bring a truck. Its localized around hill climb and trailing riding. Hopefully this review helps the owner get more desired clients. We was a little out of our element. On a good note we were safe and made it home safe. No weirdos. Hope this helps. Rj and kl

It was cool getting to watch dirtbikes ride around and hit jumps. After they left it was very peaceful and quiet also. Love the huge hottub and the owners beagle . My only complaint was the broken shower head spraying water everywhere in the bathroom. I couldnt even shower just barely rinse off. Thats not cool

We enjoyed our stay even though a few things were inaccurate. Host was upfront about WIFI not working well, but didnt get signal at all, no live TV, no phone signal. No washer/dryer as pictured and mentioned in ad. Was clean enough. However finding an opened condom wrapper by bed made me wonder how clean? Hot tub was great! The beagle that visited us on the deck daily was also great. Host was responsive when asked if there was a trick to at least get a signal for tv, "spotty" means no signal.

GREAT PROPERTY

We brought our ATVā€™s to ride the massive property. Even though it rained 3 out of the 4 days, we still had the blast. Owner gave us tour of the property of where we could ride the ATVā€™s. My husband and son loved it. The cabin was cute and clean. The back deck is huge and loved hanging out on it on raining times and using the hot tub. My only complaint was there wasnā€™t a washer and dryer as stated. Owner said he had to remove it but offered to wash our muddy clothes for us. Listing should be updated regarding that. Otherwise 10 out of 10. We plan to come back when itā€™s hopefully not raining!

It is well off the beaten path closest place to eat 35 to 40 minutes, didn't have that in the listing, when we got there we found there to be a weird smell in the cabin, Then I found like little Capri Sun straws all over the place inside the cabin. We looked at the hot tub and there was what looked to be pants in there which turned out be a towel, and the hot tub stank, But to the owner 's credit. He did come right away and deodorize it and get it clean. Some of the dishes were dirty. We had to rewash them. Didn't have much cell service so it was hard to get a hold of him at times. There is no Wi-Fi which is advertised , there is no cable. They did have a DVD player and quite a few movies there you could watch. It is a quaint little cabin and everything was pretty nice. The beds were semi comfortable just like any other bed when you're not sleeping in your own. If you're looking for something very secluded and you have brought in your own food, then this is the place you want to be. Especially if you want to ride quads or dirt bikes. My wife and I were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and we would have preferred some closer amenities but all in all was a good stay.

Renter beware!

I had high hopes for this rental! The amenities listed were not accurate at all. No washer and dryer, no central air, no heat (except space heaters) no hot water for the sinks. The floor was very unstable, unlevel and felt like we would sink in. It was warm the days we stayed and the windows/doors didnā€™t have screens in them or were completely torn. Dishes were dirty the hot tub was dirty the deck was unlevel. Bugs everywhere and Decon poison out for the mice! The cost was definitely not worth it!

Host rescheduled twice at last minute. Pipes busted and flooded the place both times he said. I originally booked in january. Its now mqrch and he still cant get it together. Wouldnt do any kind of refund.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay! When we first arrived, there was no heat in the cabin, but the owner quickly got another heater delivered to us. The hot tub was definitely the best part. We loved our stay and it was such a nice getaway!

My husband and I had a great time. The hot tub was perfect, especially with the rain we experienced. The WiFi never worked, but that wasnā€™t a big deal for us; we were able to use our hot spot to use the tv. The host was great at communicating and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was clean the fireplace didn'tWork. The cabin was extremelyCold inside. My husband actually cought a cold while we were here. The wifi dismt work the entire time we were here. We had to watch movies from the 1990ā€™s on a dvd player. The hot water tank was messed up. Water was hot and coldNo adjustingIt. The grill was a piece of junk. The only thing we enjoyed was the hot tub feature. There was a dog that came to the property as we were in the hot tub wanting to play fetch with sticks. Over all this cabin was not at all what was listed on the listing.
