Clean up that shower and have some staff !

No help with my luggage, limited staff,hot common areas. Very basic breakfast. Bathroom wasn’t clean and smelled like cigarettes. Banheiros sujo e fedendo a cigarro. Corredor e áreas comuns super quentes. Café básico e só um funcionário disponível!

Quarto confortável, limpeza boa, equipe solicita e café da manhã agradável. Meu ponto "negativo" é a falta de ambientes comuns para hóspedes, por exemplo, a recepção acomoda poucas pessoas confortavelmente, até mesmo para aguardar o check-in. Na minha experiência, que precisava trabalhar remotamente, o espaço da recepção junto à copa não foi uma opção viável pelo barulho e por falta de mais cadeiras, tomadas, etc.

Fiquei no oitavo andar e a cozinha ficava na parte de cima, as 05:30 já começada um barulho bem alto do trabalho do pessoal na cozinha( sei que isso não é culpa dos funcionários) mas o hotel não deveria disponibilizar esse quarto porque para quem está querendo descansar realmente fica bem incomodado, como eu tinha que acordar cedo eu não me importei tanto... achei a limpeza do banheiro também fraca, tinha bastante lodo nos rejuntes e consequentemente passa a impressão de sujo... ao lado da cama não tem tomada só a do frigobar aí você escolhe se carrega o celular ou usa o frigobar. Sobre o café da manhã as proteínas são: ovos, salsicha e calabresa oque também deixou a desejar... sobre o café da manhã domingo de manhã só tinha pão de forma e mais nenhuma opção de pão oque também não achei legal. Pelo preço não gostei da estadia. Mas todos os funcionários são legais.
