O único ponto negativo que achei foi a lista de normas que recebemos na chegada referindo-se as normas principalmente para utilização da piscina, além de informações muito repetitivas, acontece que normas deve ser pra todos e isso não acontecia, e a gente acaba apreensivo por não saber o que pode e não pode enfim, pois até o uso de protetor solar estava especificado que não podia mais por várias vezes vimos gente entrando branco na piscina de tanto protetor, e até mães colocando protetor em seus filhos dentro da piscina. Enfim isso só foi chato pq a gente ficou apreensivo mesmo... Fora isso, realmente não tenho do que me queixar, limpeza impecável em todas as áreas do hotel, funcionários educados e solícitos a moça que fez a limpeza do nosso apto. (409), era maravilhosa, ela viu que a maçaneta estava quebrada, e ela mesma solicitou a manutenção, no dia da minha entrada tinha também uma moça maravilhosa atendendo na recepção mto educada e simpática. Enfim, eu só tenho a agradecer a todos que fazem parte do Laguna. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Precisa melhorar mais.

O apartamento onde ficamos o 212, precisa de ajustes. Ar condicionado com defeito, TV só possui 6 canais locais. Muito me admira um condomínio desse porte ainda não ter TV por assinatura e wifi nos quartos. Ah! Já ia esquecendo a geladeira que tinha na descrição da reserva, esqueceu de crescer, pois o que havia no local era um frigobar. Fora isso o restante, bato palmas : recepção, funcionários, restaurante, limpeza e piscina.

Estabelecimento não atende o que promete no anunci

Não pretendo voltar mais a esse hotel, vários motivos mostram que o hotel não tem uma boa qualidade em serviços. Não foi informado no anuncio do hotel que a piscina estava em manutenção, a mesma estava parada desde dia 7 de setembro e eu e minha família entramos dia 12, só lembrando que só foi liberada dois dias depois do chek in, a limpeza dos quartos só é feira se o hóspede correr atrás das camareiras caso contrário elas não vão ao seu quarto, a Internet estava com o sinal tão fraco que tive que ficar usando a Internet 4G do meu celular e sem contar que o estabelecimento tem mais de um proprietário o que torna ainda mais burocrático resolver alguma coisa. Eu não gostei e não indico o hotel.
