Great stay overall! The hotel stands out for its cleanliness, excellent service, and a very peaceful atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. The location is perfect—right by the beach, and the beach service is very good as well. The hotel also provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a great added benefit and makes enjoying the beach very easy. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and efficient. One highlight worth mentioning is the excellent quality of the evening shows. They are well done and enjoyable, and rather than invading the atmosphere, they actually make the evenings more pleasant. As a small opportunity for improvement, some rooms—like the one I had—are located on the ground floor very close to the linen and towel room, which can be a bit noisy during the day. For guests who enjoy taking a daytime nap, it might be better to request a room on the upper floor. That said, nighttime rest is excellent. In my case, I included half board. The food quality is good, but the variety is just adequate and several options tend to repeat night after night. Considering the price difference between half board and the à la carte restaurant, it may be worth evaluating the latter option, as it offers a much wider variety of dishes at good price.

A começar pelos atententes, as camareiras e, em especial, Cris, os animadores, em especial, o Tio Ninja, os cozinheiros que fizeram um lindo BANQUETE de Natal e Ano Novo. Minha estadia no Hotel Solar Porto de Galinhas foi, no geral, muito positiva. O hotel oferece diversos pontos fortes que fazem a experiência ser bastante agradável: Aplicativo: O aplicativo EasyTrip é funcional, facilitando o acesso às informações, programações, cardápio e serviços. Equipe de animação: Tanto para crianças quanto para adultos, a equipe de animação é excelente, garantindo momentos de diversão para toda a família. Destaque para as tias Dori, Amora e Bombom, e o tio Morango. Comida: A gastronomia do hotel é de qualidade, com pratos bem elaborados e uma boa variedade de opções disponíveis. A ceia de Natal foi um destaque à parte. Colaboradores: no geral, todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Destaque para o Sr. Jefferson (maleiro), a Lillian (recepção) e para Eduardo (garçom). A área externa é um dos destaques, com um mar muito agradável, cadeiras dispostas na praia e uma piscina confortável e bem cuidada. Todo o hotel é muito limpo e bem cuidado. Quarto: satisfatório, atendendo bem uma família de quatro pessoas. Houve o upgrade para o quarto superior em virtude dos standards estarem ocupados. Agradeço a gentileza que destaca a atenção do hotel com o hóspede. No entanto, existem alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados: Ar-condicionado: O aparelho instalado no quarto parece não ser suficiente para o tamanho do ambiente. Ruído nos corredores: A acústica do corredor e o comportamento de alguns hóspedes foram os únicos fatores que impactaram negativamente.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente e os quartos são muito confortáveis. A equipe do hotel se esforça para manter a alta qualidade do serviço. Entretanto, alguns pontos negativos precisam ser mencionados. Há uma preocupação excessiva com o controle dos hóspedes, o que acaba causando desconforto. Por exemplo, há filas frequentes para entrar no restaurante e é necessário fornecer o nome. Além disso, alguns eventos que pareciam ser gratuitos tinham mesas com preços dos produtos expostos. Um desses eventos incluía uma apresentação de música ao vivo antes do jantar, mas a presença das mesas com preços deixava os hóspedes desconfortáveis, parecendo que seriam cobrados para participar. Além disso, os funcionários se esforçam demasiadamente para demonstrar que o hotel é excelente, em vez de deixar que a qualidade se destaque naturalmente. Eles frequentemente iniciam conversas com os hóspedes de maneira que parece forçada. A melhor pensão completa que já tive a experiência de saborear, caso fique direto no hotel. Se sair para passeios, a meia pensão é muito válida. Gostaria de deixar uma dica: pelo menos água/suco/refrigerante poderia ser incluídos no almoço e jantar para os clientes que optarem por pensão completa. O resto, o Solar é maravilhoso!!!! o hotal tem otimo apartamento, porém a unidade que no meio sem elevador nao aprovamos, porém o hotel negociou a mudança para o apto de outro bloco com elevador e mais espaço.Outro ponto a comida é bom porém deveriam dimunir no sal como por exemplo nos molhos de salsicha.Demais podemos avaliar o hotal com otima estadia.
