My room was dingy, smelly, and shower still had hair from a previous person in it. The towels and cloths were all still slightly damp whenever replaced. Carpets have stains on them everywhere

Homeless all around visible very close to property We booked a business room with a separated bedroom and a living room (sofa) We got downgraded to a king room because we have a dog On the phone prior to booking I was told to put in a note that we have a dog and that they would put us in the appropriate room I paid extra for my business room …. 2 stars due to proximity to homeless so close Would not walk at night too far …
