We arrived for check in at 4:00 and were told that a key would be inside. The checkout procedures stated that we were responsible for significant fees if the keys were lost, so we wanted to clear up the issue. We also needed to lock up so we could leave to rent our skis. After calling the Resort Realty numerous times to let them know there was no key, we went to the office in town. The door was locked (at 4:30). We called the number posted on the door and talked to an employee who said they would send a key over soon. We never received a key throughout the 4 days we were there. They eventually provided the code to the door.
There were several light bulbs out throughout the house (too dark at night) and no soap in the kitchen (only bathroom bar soap). We asked for lightbulbs and kitchen soap and no one ever responded to our request. A kitchen cabinet door was broken. We had to request matches for the fireplace because they were out.
When taking a shower in the upstairs master bath, water would leak through the ceiling downstairs and run down the rock fireplace. We told Resort Realty and they said they'd send maintenance, but they never came.
The last night, while taking a shower upstairs, the water began pouring out of the downstairs ceiling through a light fixture over the dining room table (we had to find a bowl to catch the water). It seemed really unsafe to mix pouring water and the electricity in the light fixture. I took video this time and sent it to the Resort Realty text line. That finally got their attention, but we were leaving the next morning.
The location was good - about a 5 minute walk to the platinum chair in ski boots, carrying skis. But overall, we would not stay here again.
