We had the place for a brief stay in the summer. There's an impressive count of beds and a good use of space, still with plenty of couches and porch chairs and such. It overlooks the only stables in Red River, which was a nice bonus as we enjoyed seeing the horses hang out after a day of moving around visitors on trips. (It didn't smell like horses, it was far enough away). We really loved our stay. It seems like a great place for maybe one to three families with kids depending on how many kids.
The property was nice and spacious, but needed some maintenance on door closures and lighting that would not turn on. Location was not ideal as it was directly behind the horse stables so was a little smelly and had some flies. Cooking skillets were old and hard to use. Oven was old and hard to use as well. No bathroom on the second floor.
