This delightful 93m² two-bedroom house in Monsaraz offers the perfect countryside retreat for families and friends seeking a peaceful getaway.
Please note that it is necessary to climb stairs to access the house.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table where everyone can gather for meals or games.
Step outside to the charming backyard, complete with a seating area. It’s an inviting space to unwind, enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, or share a meal under the open sky.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready to meet all your culinary needs, offering essential appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious homemade meals. A dishwasher is also included to make cleanup quick and hassle-free.
For your convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine and ironing equipment, allowing you to manage your laundry needs during your stay.
The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. The primary bedroom features a plush double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, each with an extra retractable bed, making a total of four beds, perfect for children or additional guests. All beds are dressed with premium hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom is clean and well-appointed, offering fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a short walk away, you will find the historic Monsaraz Castle and its ancient walls, which offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Alentejo countryside and the Alqueva Dam. The village itself is a treasure trove of narrow cobblestone streets, traditional whitewashed houses, and charming artisan shops that beautifully capture the essence of Portuguese heritage.
Nearby, the Observatório do Lago Alqueva provides a unique opportunity to stargaze under some of the clearest skies in Europe, making it a must-visit for astronomy enthusiasts. For those looking to relax by the water, the Praia Fluvial de Monsaraz, a scenic river beach on the shores of Lake Alqueva, is just a short drive away and offers a tranquil retreat with recreational activities.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
