At best this is a budget hotel without budget pricing. Shocking to pay parking during off season when there were loads of spots to park. Sheets were not good - pilled and uncomfortable. Towels were flimsy. No wifi so no tv - apparently an outage but we saw tv at a pub nearby. Would not go back.

1-2 nights? Fine. The $12 parking? Insane.

The room was average. Exterior entrances. The only complaint was the $12 parking. That’s a little ridiculous because it’s not secured parking. Why is anyone paying for parking in this hotel when it’s not secured? The $12 should be waived. It’s not worth losing customers. Other than that- it’s a decent place to stay for a night or 2.

Older Hotel - Reasonable Price

Cheap off season stay with a friend to ride bikes for several days. Was what it was.. an older room in a shore hotel. Three nights. No room cleaning or towel changes. Two guys, so not a big deal, but still… A bit loud at night (2-3am) with returning partyers…

Great experience

There was a lot of activity going on and the hotel is right off the street and we were happily surprised how quiet it was in the room. Didn’t really hear that much going on outside unless it was right out the door.
