Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
First day arriving gas smell in lobby area.
Room not clean, spills on a/c unit, menus thrown on desk, bathroom floor corners dirty, closet floor dirty, balcony door seal hanging off door, door didn’t want to lock on such door, balcony itself dirty as well as chairs. Glass not clean. Room had a smell of being closed up/mildew. Carpet in hallway dirty, no help offered at all for checking in or out. Gas smell continued the whole stay. When mentioning to front desk the gentleman said “I can’t smell haven’t been able to since I was eight years old” Second day had ants all over desk in room & by TV. Reported to front desk said would let housekeeping know. Ants still issue upon checkout. Wall outlets not working in half room with one set not even holding a plug in of any sort. Lamps in room only half worked due to bulbs blown. One bulb blown in bathroom light as well. For the price of this room per night in an off season & late in season. The whole room situation was just very uncalled for & clearly not been cleaned throughly. Ceiling tiles dirty, stained, floor corner caulking dirty & peeling. Shower ceiling vent hanging down & open showing wires. We took our do not disturb sign off our room door but didn’t receive full housekeeping. We had to ask as such for clean towels, wash cloths & trash bags. Nothing else was done until the bathroom was asked to be cleaned due to hair all over the floor from pulling down a clean towel from rack & it loosing all that said hair. Very unhappy!
