The staff is very great and helpful. We was staying in a bad hotel and when I called in early in the morning she not only found me a room but at a great rate. Let us check in early. Really helped us out by getting away from the black mold that was in the hotel we was at.

Unfortunately I received a room with a non working TV. Maintenance was unable to fix it. I was told Comcast installed a new box with all TVs. Regardless no solution or compensation was offered. Would not stay again nor recommend to others.

Stayed 2 days. Pros: Pretty clean. Smells good. Beautiful view. Free parking. Walking distance to everything. Cons: beds are only full size - not queen. Stain on mattress. Blanket and pillows not very comfortable. Construction crew had loud air compressor going ALL DAY LONG so we couldn't even enjoy being on the ocean front balcony. Had to watch the ocean from inside. Air conditioner right next to the head of the bed so it blows directly on you and in your face all night and no way to adjust the vents to point in a different direction. It's also too loud and runs constantly. Roach in tub on day 2. Asked for towels on day 2 and they never came. No coffee in the lobby and the cafe was closed the first day. Will try a different hotel next time.

I recently stayed at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and highly recommend it for families. Its beachfront location is amazing, but book your oceanfront room 3-4 months in advance, especially during peak season. Room upgrades are only available through the hotel, not third-party sites. Minor construction affected services during our off-season stay, but it didn't spoil our trip.

When i booked room it said full ocean view. It was not full. We show the ocean but there was on boths sides otjer rooms with balconys. Definitely not full ocean view.
