This property was not as advertised - it was not clean and had cardboard and duct tape holding window air coolers in place with visible open space in windows. I could not stay here and was refused refund. They had the nerve to say 64 credit was enough for a 1800 charge to my credit card.

Negatives: Central doesn’t work so kitchen and living room are too warm. And the bedrooms each have window units (very noisy ones) and they are not properly installed and there was no side panel in primary suite. Towels were used as a repair from maintenance. In one bedroom, cardboard was used as side panel. Very disappointing for family. Also only 5 hangers total in a 3 bedroom unit. No suitcase racks in any of bedrooms, street noise is high due to location and single paned windows. Unhoused person squats on sidewalk smoking on our walk to beach/boardwalk everyday. And couch is so uncomfortable as noted by others.Positives: unit is large and all rooms are large. Close to beach, kitchen was adequate

Amazing location!!! Hurricane Erin is not the property’s fault, but Rehoboth in general only has a couple things to do if it’s rainy and you have typical children that like typical children activities (not museums about Rehoboth’s history, etc), and those things cost more, of course. But the condo was great. The kitchen/living room area was very nice but about 10degrees warmer than the rest of the place. Still not too hot except a little if sleeping on the pullout at night and you want a cool room. The pullout didn’t fold out and close up correctly for us either, although it was folded up OK when we got there, so maybe it was user error. But we didn’t really use it other than our two little girls sleeping on it anyway, so not a big deal for us personally. There is some early morning noise outside the master bedroom from deliveries and trash disposal outside the window, but the bed is comfy and a window AC unit adds to the central air for a cool room to sleep in.Overall would definitely go back. It’s a nice place and I really can’t say enough about where it’s located!!

As we attempted to turn onto the street where the condo was located, we were not able to as a cop had barricaded off the street as they said a fire engine was coming, so we complied and drove around for a bit. About 20 mins later we went back and the street was empty. After using the code to get into the lobby, we went up to the room and the door was fully open. With a key in the lock (which is otherwise a digital lock shouldn’t use a key). So I immediately texted the property manager to tell them and they said that it must have been the cleaners. Then we noticed that the two lock boxes on the railing were open and there were broken pieces of plastic everywhere as is someone had broken the box to get the key. We felt eerie but went to bed. The next day we run into the family staying next door and they tell us that the room we were in had the fire department come! So it was OUR unit that the fire engine was coming for. Hugely concerning that when we asked the property manager this they had no idea. The next day I texted (see evidence of texts) about the fire department coming and they still didn’t know!!!! This is a safety issue. We would like to formalize this compliant.

Just Right

Super convenient. Lots of space for the six of us. Quick walk to the beach/ boardwalk. Two parking spaces across the street, amazing. IThe pool came in super useful, to cool off, clean off, and change it up. It’s a wonderful spot!

I'll be back

This is a great location. Park your car in one of the included parking spaces and you likely will not need that car again. An easy walk to the beach/boardwalk. Many excellent restaurants all around the neighborhood. I am already planning my next trip.

Family gathering in Rehoboth

Spacious 3 BR condo was perfect for 4 adults. Location is great one block off Rehoboth Ave with shopping and restaurants in walking distance and first block off beach and boardwalk. Parking accross the street very convenient.

Great location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Rehoboth Beach Delaware! This location cannot be beat. It is so close to the boardwalk. You just walk outside and have access to every place you want to go. When we checked in everything was spotless and the condo is very large, providing enough space for everyone to hang out and really relax. Only had one slight issue when we first checked in, which was that there was not any starter supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher, pods, hand soap, and toilet paper. We hadn’t been to the grocery store yet, so it was a slight inconvenience however when I called the property manager, they had supplies brought up to the condo very quickly, which I really appreciated. The only thing missing in the condo was an entry table or credenza so that you could place your items down when entering the condo but other than that, it was perfect.Rehoboth Beach is such a special place for all of us!

Great Place and Location

We loved this spacious condo! We were not told until 2 days before arriving that the 2 parking spots in the lot were not available until May15. So we had to park on the street. Sometimes fairly far to park, especially on our last night, because there us a theater next door and parking was difficult., due to the performance. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

Poor communication & misrepresentation

The communication was lacking from the start. Pros: - the location is great, you’re a block from the beach. - the condo is very spacious - beds are comfortable - there are beach chairs available in the lobby Cons: - The pool is down the block. This would’ve been okay except I sent multiple emails before we left asking for the location of the pool because we were traveling with small kids and the response I received after the 2nd email was “it’s shared with another guest” - get to the pool early chairs are limited and taken up by 9:15 - reached out 3x because the ice maker wasn’t working and was told someone would come out. No one showed, we had warm water, no ice and the filter needed to be changed. - as others mentioned the lobby is outdated and the condo is showing wear & tear (ex: the couch had tears) I could go on, but all in all I have never experienced a rental with such poor communication and unclear expectations. I highly recommend updating the listing to reflect what guests can expect and then provide a welcome packet/email or something.

Great stay in this property

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Everything in the property was in great working order. With teens it was great because they could walk to town or walk to the beach, so everyone could decide what they wanted to do. The space is also right to a community theater so we saw a couple of musicals during the week too which was really fun. Be prepared, if you have a large group that some kids may be on sofas/sofa beds which is fine, but it is right in the middle of the open kitchen/living room space, so they will get woken up when the early bird adults make coffee. Overall very fun and a great stay.
