We asked for extra towels and never got them. Breakfast was all packaged food. Our last day, the shower didn’t have hot water. I called the front desk (from my cell because the room phone didn’t work) and the front desk clerk sighed and told me to let it run a while. My husband had just taken a cool shower so it had been running. We only had a little time before checkout. She said she would send maintenance up and I said we didn’t have much time left and she said, very rudely, “Well I don’t know what you want me to do then!” Honestly, she could have offered another room for my shower, she could have offered to extend our checkout until after maintenance came, she even could have just said “oh I’m so sorry to hear that” but she chose not to do any of those things. We would not return there.
