We liked the hotel but our room was not good…next to the pool and we heard the HVAC system running all night. Any other room would have worked for us. The staff should have alerted us to that issue. We will come back to comfort suites but definitely get a different room.

Staff was friendly and efficient. She took note of our request for a1st floor room. Our room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is pet friendly and has a enclosed dedicated area for our pets. We will be staying with them again.

I didn’t realize the hotel was across the street from the BNR train tracks. I was awake all night listening to the trains roaring by without missing a beat. All night long.
