The place is owned by a friendly family. They are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast provided is excellent and the place is beautifully decorated and maintained.

The owner was really nice to allow us access to the cafe after closing hours. The breakfast was great with a mix of fruits, bread, egg, and coffee. Overall a very friendly and relaxing environment.

Not a great stay in Vienna

Stayed 3 nights. Kettle spoilt so housekeeper changed it. toilet light spoilt after bathing on first night. Hk said electric tripped so should be ok. After bathing, light out again. Third say he tried fixing but couldn't. Changed to a smaller room with v weak WiFi. Gave up n slept early. Housekeeper didn't clean my room on second day even though I hang the clean room tag on door as instructed. Crockery for breakfast buffet are placed a distance away and guests are required to clear the plates after eating. No verbal instructions but they put a small notice beside the plates, expecting customers to see. Breakfast for all 3 days are exactly the same.Hk was accommodating at times when I asked for extra pillow. Nothing to do in the mountains. Walls are thin so if your neighbors like to drag furniture, too bad.

A nice B&B.

A pretty place. Unfortunately we only stayed there for a night and left in the morning. Did not really have te chance to know the B&B better. The heat pad in the bed offered comfort in the cold night. The only complaint was that the power points in the room were malfunction. We were not able to charge our phones. Wifi was weak too.

優點： 1. 民宿服務很好，很細心詳細回答我們的問題。 2. 房間就能看到星星跟日出（加分） 3. 地點超方便，門口就有客運站。 到小瑞士跟清境商圈也是5分鐘路程。 缺點： 1. 房間床上、床頭地下都有昆蟲屍體。 2. 洗手間的沖水制壞了，沖不了水，因為很晚回來才發現，招待處都關了，就沒有打擾民宿。 3. 閣樓的燈找不到開關，唯一比較像是開關的，開了也沒著，懷疑是壞了。以上感覺他們給房間客人之前都沒好好檢查房里的設施。 4. 雖然房間看到日出很加分，但如果睡閣樓，太陽一出就無法睡了，因為閣樓對著的天窗沒簾布
