The price was right. Office location to check in is confusing / hard to find. Guests have 2 options, check in at restaurant on site or call # posted on office door left corner of buildings. Owner was pleasant. Room was clean, bathroom, not so much, missing toilet paper. No shampoo / conditioner provided. It's a budget motel. Tub/shower too dirty to use. If you're looking for a place to take a bath after a long day on the road, this isn't it. If you just want to crash, it's okay.

Its smell cigarettes covered with synthetic chemicals. It’s not super clean and you can hear everything If you need a good night of sleep just go elsewhere

Room was not cleaned prior to showing up. Ended up checking in late due to long travel. Gave us attitude when we showed up and said he was going to charge us more for the late check in.

Has seen better days. The sit down restaurant has closed, but other food is readily available. Some very minor repairs could be done to the room I rented, but otherwise okay and low-priced. There was a pile of junk, including broken furniture, right beside the stairs leading up to my room. The manager was extremely helpful and Rocky Mountain is a reasonable place to stay.

The furniture was a bit dated but everything was clean and well looked after. The price is amazing and we will be staying here again.

The room was nice and clean with a bathtub which is getting hard to find in the ultra-modern hotels. It is just across the street from Tim Hortons and Wendy's. Outside it was extremely cold but my room was warm and toasty. The manager was happy to help in any way. I looked and looked but nothing compared in price and quality for my two-week stay. Now I'm thinking a month. Renfrew has all kinds of shopping and great restaurants. I'm very happy. 👍 Victoria

It was freezing cold outside and I was so happy to enter a warm and cozy room. It is nice clean, and even has a bathtub which is hard to find these days. I live in a location that is dangerous in winter. I found what I had researched for a long time. I booked in for two weeks but will stay much longer because Rocky Mountain is the best place with a price you willnot find anywhere. Victoria

Staff was not around during check in... had to wait for them to arrive onsite. Once arrived and i went to check in, they tried to offer me a different room that i did not book and tryed to pass it off as it was... price difference is huge between a regular room and a luxury suite... i booked a luxury suite and they yried tonpass off a regular room as that... once i refused the room over and over and demaded a refund cause they didnnot have a room for me that i booked. They then showed me a room that was sooo run down not cleaned, no sheets on the bed, unhygienic, garbages filled furniture moved as though it qas used for othe purposes. I get told it will take 20 minutes to clean and will be ready... i said no thanks i want a refund cause i did not want to risk catching anything or sleeping on a bed that was filthy. Stay FAR away from this place, the pictures are old and out dated that are posted. No one is around for check in and the room are disgusting and not clean.... ended up booking down the road as a last minute booking to feel safe and in a decent place....

rooms need lots of work tv remote didn't work took forever to replace room was freezing check in was a night mare had to get cash machine wasn't working next door smoked one foot away from my door snow removal 4 a.m.some kinda animals in ceils toilet ran have to jiggle handle lots of drama with people checking in clerk not available
