The cable and tv was broken and we were not told at check in. The lady said for rooms had working tv but we were unlucky. We were not offered another room although I asked she said she’d have to go room to room and check them individually

The receptionist, Hillary, was extremely helpful and pleasant. Over the top service. Art in the bar also took great care of us as we ate dinner there. We enjoyed the room and its amenities. Over all great experience.

Room was updated and had everything I needed. Good temps and water pressure in the shower. Very convenient to the airport and staff was super friendly. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!
