Walking distance to restaurants, breweries and entertainment. Complete with full kitchen in a safe area.
The property does have a security recording device facing the front door/ front yard.
Guest has access to entire side of the duplex. There is on-street public parking in front of the duplex.
We are available by phone, text, and AIRBNB messaging. We are a small business and pride ourselves on excellent communication.
Midtown is a fun area that is very pedestrian friendly. Rent a scooter and zip around to check out the local food scene!
Ask us about an early check in / late check out for a small fee. If we can accommodate we will!.
