Disgusting, filthy, rundown hotel is in ruins.

The entire hotel was filthy and in horrible condition. And the smell of the entire hotel was nauseating. Some kind of pill was laying on top of the AC unit. Something disgusting was all over the carpet. The shower, walls, and doors were so dirty. Mildew and mold in the bathroom. The front door had a gap and it doesn’t close all the way. The front window had an 8” x 8” piece of glass completely broken out, and no screen. Overall, this is the trashiest, most repulsive hotel I’ve ever seen. La Quinta really needs to audit this facility.

I arrive to check in, sign that said no breakfast (main reason I chose this hotel was for the continental breakfast), I had to go to the restroom (I asked the clerk if I can use the restroom he said NO), I almost pee on myself because they didn’t let me use the restroom, trash all over due to construction, I could have stayed at a casino w: no breakfast for a cheaper price, lots of people yelling at night, the toilet was liking water, the shampoo and conditioner bottle were empty, ran out of toilet paper (luckily I had some)

We didn’t like anything … when we arrived the first room we were assigned to was absolutely filthy. I never been to a hotel that was in such disarray. The sheets & comforters had stains, boogers, and hair. The microwave & mirror & telephone were absolutely grimy. Then the bathroom had blood & the tub had dirt & hair. I took plenty of photographs

Tried to check in after 3pm but maids were still cleaning rooms. Lights in the bathroom and sink area did not work. Coffee pot did not work. No continental breakfast because of renovations however saw no renovations going on.

The hotel pic is deceptive. They don't show that the rooms are all outside the building. Very sketchy area of Reno. When checking in...the front desk clerk was being assaulted by a very high and angry black man. He demanded the security deposit back right away since the maintenance man had walked in on his naked girlfriend while she was in the bathroom. Then went to the second floor room...newly remodeled....problem, no remote for tv in room., no phone to call front desk. Fllor was so dirty made our socks black and the tub was dirty. It took waiting an hour and a half for clerk to get me remote, but never showed....had to walk in the dark to front desk to get remote....then...it didn't work...called front desk said again they would get someone to room....still no show, had to walk to desk again. Finally clerk came with me and was able to get the tv and remote to work. Also, their continental breakfast was a muffin, coffee and juice, not what I expected of a hotel chain like the wyndham. Very disappointed, would never recommend.

It was a joke

This room and outside of the room was so dirty, trash on the floor and ground, yellow stains on the blankets and towels. Old food left in the room, stuff under the bed, tv didn't work at first(we fixed it) but then the remote didn't work. Key card stopped working the second day. It was so loud early in the morning and through the day. We could hear the person in the room over us using the bathroom. When I checked in they didn't have the right room available for me so I had to switch rooms and I was given a room far from my car, which is why I chose this motel in the first place, so our car would be right outside our door. It was just overall a bad stay. I expect more from this brand of motel. So disappointed.

The property was not clean at all… the room had non ada standard tile… very slippery for any person… the bedding had stains on it… no blankets… no breakfast as advertised. Didn’t advertise a pet price and then charged $75. My pets were cleaner than the beds. It should be shameful for la Quinta to have their name on that hotel. Dont stay here you will regret it.

Quality place to stay

Good place to stay. The room was clean and spacious with nice laminate flooring and a comfortable king size bed. The breakfast was disappointing as we expected a continental offering but only ended up with a grab and go selection. A posted sign indicated there was only limited breakfast due to renovation work. Super convenient freeway access.

Dirty linens. Even though it was a non smoking unit thete were cigarette burns in the bedding and stains. Moldy shower curtain. Dogs barking all night and loud people yelling all night. Unable to get any rest. Avoid this place at all cost.

The property is in the middle of renovations. Upon check in, I was informed the full breakfast was not available. They would only be offering coffee, juice, packaged muffins and some apples. I was annoyed by this and because I had called the night before to inquire about the fitness center. The website clearly states there is a fitness center, but when I called, they said they didn't have one. The room itself is basic, bed, desk, microwave that made the most awful noise while cooking, fridge, closet and TV. I had to call the hotel to ask about a hairdryer. It was suppose to be under the sink but there wasn't one in my room. Front desk dropped one off, but it obviously came off of a wall from another location. They gave me the entire wall unit hair dryer. Very odd. Room was clean enough, beds were ok, TV remote didn't work, so couldn't control the volume and the volume buttons on the TV itself didn't work either.

The property was very dirty and renovations were being done. Very noisy at night time. Partying gong on until 1:00 am (I think it was the construction workers). They were suppose to have continental breakfast but did not have it due to construction (so they said) although the breakfast area did not look like it was being worked on. Doubt that I would have eaten it anyhow. Room had no hangers, suitcase rack, hair dryer or do not disturb sign for the door, I would not recommend this place at this time. Maybe a nice place once they get all the construction done, but I will never book a room here again.

We were on a snowboard trip. Choose this hotel because of continental breakfast and pet friendly. We arrived from California and there was no breakfast and we wete charged 25 for our pet. These things should be disclosed at time of reservstion. I would have choosen a different hotel.
