Grand Sierra Resort and Casino offers 1990 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and complimentary bottles of water. Came for burning man. Have stayed for ten years, but lots of hassle this stay. Much confusion about the parking passes and I still got a nasty note on the windshield. Want my business or not???

The property was good The casino floor, restaurants very friendly and helpful staff convention area was also nice. (as I was there for a convention) But my room on the 4th floor was dirty . With spots , stains on walls in bathroom, sleeping area the furniture I had 2 double bed room . Stains on furniture Bed was so lumpy and pillows smelled horrible. So gross and also to have to pay the rate I did !!

Suite wasn’t sweet

We upgraded to a suite and were not very impressed. Rooms was freezing but it was hot in the sleeping area. Bed was uncomfortable, was up early morning because my back couldn’t handle the bed any longer. Not a normal problem for me. Hotel and room were nice and clean. Staff everywhere in the complex very friendly.

Horrifying check in. Self check in didn’t work. Check in woman was literally the worst. Was upset that we booked through Expedia. Called security because my passport is German and o with umlaut is translated to “oe have”. Literally the worst check in I have ever had. She also told us “no pets “ and then “you know, dogs or rabbits”. Had a great meal at Charlie Palmer. The service was fantastic
