I reserved a king room online and upon check-in was advised that I was upgraded? However, when I got to the room, my king size bed was more of a queen size bed. I found that there food was left inside the refrigerator and throw up still on the floor from the previous guests. I reached out to guest services for assistance to clean the floor and they finally came about 4 hours later , However , on the other end, it was very convenient with the different types of activities it offered. They had a magic show, club, tattoo studio, escape room, sensology (which I highly recommend) , bowling, darts, a bunch of different activities, which was really nice. Staff was friendly and overall casino was clean.

There was not hot water in our room we called the front desk for help they said they would send someone to fix it and they never showed up we couldn’t even shower! We paid a lot of money for a room that had no working hot water.

Check-in took awhile. With multiple large events happening the valet and front desk appeared severely understaffed. Friendly attitudes from them all through some grumpy conversations. Breakfast at the cafe on Sunday morning was much the same, lots of guests and minimal staffing.
