Grand Sierra Resort and Casino offers 1990 air-conditioned accommodations with a safe and complimentary bottles of water. It was a nice stay for the most part! There were only a few things that needed tending to. One of the rooms air conditioners wasn’t working appropriately, and although it’s non smoking hotel rooms, a different room smelled quite like it. Overall a great and fun time.

It’s a very nice and cozy hotel with an incredibly hard working efficient staff. They are very nice. It has grown quite expensive over the last few years for anything purchased on the property. However there are many choices for food/dining.

Staying at the Grand for 3nights was nice, rooms were nice, beds very comfy, bathroom big and the shower’s are huge and prefect The only thing I missed in our room was a microwave, it would have been nice to warm up some of our leftovers for a little midnight snack Plus they have lots of staff on the casino floor, if you need something or can’t find something there’s always someone to ask

This is a great place to hang out at after the burn! Decompression was nice and easy here. There were so many other burners here it felt like I was still home. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Never again!!

From rude customer service to being placed in a smoke filled room, from beginning to end, it was not a good experience. Then at the end, housekeeping tips were added to the bill and we could not even get service to our room or towels. Save your money and head to the peppermill or higher end option.
