I don’t like that our room was adjoining to another room. We got woke up at 5:30am due to them being loud!!! We had a drunk guy say inappropriate stuff to my husband and I while we were waiting for the elevator. We just ignored him because we knew he was so out of it that it would be useless to confront him. I did like the self check-in though

GREAT PLACE, BUT...

We arrived and used the self check in kiosk (that was great). Our room was really nice and quiet. The next morning we were not able to shower as there was no water in the shower. The sink only had very cold water.i contacted the ftont desk and was informed that they were aware of the water issue and are working on it. We got dressed and went to our appointment (unshowered). When we returned to our room several hours later, water was still mot working. We received a message stating that the water was working, but still no water in our room. I went down to the front desk and talked to the front desk. She promptly apologized for the inconvenience a.nd comped my room for that night. The Next day was the same. We again went downstairs to the front desk and explained our disappointment with the situation. We were again compted for our room for the second night, but was charged the resort fee (i guess we did use the cool elevators) The hotel front desk was VERY nice and helpful. I know the situation wasnt their fault. They were great! We checked out on Sunday without a shower. I would definitely return, and hope the water will be working.
