We stayed on the 15th floor and it was extremely noisy due to what sounded like a generator running all night long—friendly staff with good deals on both food and beverage.

Staff was friendly. Casino is small because it isn’t completely built yet, but there was enough to machines to play. Loved the drawings they had this past weekend for player members promotions. The hotel room was decent and fairly clean. The downside is the water pressure in the shower and the uncomfy bed. Good options were good and fairly priced. The Hannah Express would have been great if their pizza machine were working. It was down the entire weekend. Overall, my bf and I enjoyed our stay for the price. It was a win for us seeing as to how it wasn’t overly crowded and there was food available in the resort. Can’t wait to see when it’s completely done being remodeled.

I really like staying in this hotel while visiting my daughter who attends UNR Staff was good but there was one waitress in the cafe that I asked for recommendations and she told me she doesn’t eat here. Then there is no lotion in the bathroom of your room. Also there is no warm blankets you get 1sheet on your bed a very thin itchy blanket and another sheet. It’s 45 degrees outside I had to go out and buy blankets to keep my family warm. And paying all those resort fees to not be comfortable is appalling.

Good location, easy parking. King Room was in the Birch Tower, everything was clean and recently upgraded. Liked the bathroom and glass shower. Excellent value. Like being able to check in at a kiosk and get my room keys. Restaurants on site are good, we had the Thanksgiving Buffet. Was a very good value compared to others around Reno. We would definitely come back for the value.

I enjoy staying here. We stay here often to come see family. I was only disappointed to get locked out of my room early when i was bringing my stufff down to leave. I went back up and we were locked out and it wasnt 12pm yet. The housekeeper was hesitant but he helped us.

Room didn’t get clean for three days mind you I was there for 5 days contacted house cleaning I was told that they only clean rooms that people are checking out that front desk should have told me can’t get there stories right while showering the hot water would go in and out mostly showered with cold water and came back sick this was one of my favorites but now is time to take me business elsewhere so unfortunately

Booked a room at J Resort, through Expedia. The Expedia site stated that all fees and taxes were included. However, when checking in, the person at J Resort said that the price paid did not include the resort fee and tax. I thought the FTC has a rule that resort fees must be included in the price. J Resort stated it’s not their problem. Well, never going back to that hotel and casino. If you plan to go there, you’ve been warned.
