Outdated and Filthy

I think only pet peeing dog owners will love this place. Sorry I don't normally give a very bad rating but as I walk along the isle to get some ice on the vending machine, the carpet floor is almost peeling off and the smell of dog pee is just so bad, I have a valid reason not to go back to this hotel.

Terrible Nite Manager

Terrible nite manager Mina Villalobos. My wife forgot her id and the manager called security to remove her from the property, just because she did not have her id. The place is around the homeless population and very dirty.

The lobby is nice. I felt secure in the room. My tv didn’t work, I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I figured if I called again they would have already gone home for the day.

Pay for what you get. It is outside and away from downtown. It is rundown. They have done the best they can with it. Well lit parking made it feel less unsafe and a security guard that walks around the parking lot every 30mins should tell you something. We were there to sleep.we slept

I arrived on 4-8-2025 - 4-12-25 and was greeted by a lovely and compassionate lady, who went above and beyond her duties the late afternoon on 4-8-2025😊 However, the entire time I was there, the cleaning staff failed to clean my room. My room was dirty for 3 entire days. That is unacceptable. I had to call for fresh towels on Wednesday and I had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. I called that black girl that my needs cleaning. NO ONE BOTHERED to clean my room. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Good hotel for the money

The room was clean and decent. The neighborhood was questionable, though I did not feel unsafe. There were coffee, donuts, and muffins in the morning.

Stay away. Very run down. Lots of homeless around.

Bad experience. Very rough neighborhood. Shower was discussing and cold water. There was a club down the street and it was loud till 5am in the morning and we couldn’t sleep. Stay away from this place.

Hotel is in an undesirable neighborhood. Sketchy people hanging around the property. Room was not available at check-in time. Stains on the carpeting and furniture. The price to stay fit the property.
