Location was wonderful - walking distance to restaurants, grocery shopping and pharmacy. Home was exactly as described and communication with the host was fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again!

Lots of space and comfort!

This house was very well set up for a combination of younger and elder family members with the in-law suite downstairs and nice bed rooms upstairs. Great location in proximity to stores and restaurants but also not a busy area. Very comfortable!

First the positives: Nico was very communicative, the check in was easy, the location was great, the house was large, door dash delivers here ;) The negatives: two windows didn’t close/lock (downstairs by the kitchen and an upstairs bedroom), there were ants all over the kitchen esp the back counter (also inside the fridge), there’s a strong smell of mold, and there was loose garbage in the backyard upon arrival Nico is very responsive and likely could have tried to address these things had I brought them up when we stayed. ;) I didn’t want to be bothered to find another place to move everyone or to meet up w someone about ants and such. I think the mold smell was the hardest for us. I couldn’t pinpoint it and it gave 2 of us terrible headaches to the point that we left a night early. I would recommend this venue if you aren’t sensitive to a mold smell or if they resolve it.

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults. Great layout, well furnished and decorated; well stocked. Clean and everything was in great condition. Checkin and checkout were easy. Communication with the manager was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

Great location with lots of space!

This home was stocked with everything we needed and the kids loved the backyard area with hoop and games. Great home for larger groups. Comfortable and appreciated each bedroom had fans as well. We enjoyed our stay!

This home was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Plenty of space for a family gathering and enough room for 8 people to be able to have their own space. Beautiful yard for our 2 dogs and activities in the yard as well Just perfect, will stay in this home again

Horses in the Neighborhood

Great location. Really enjoyed seeing the half-dozen wild horses cruising the neighborhood (there are several hundred in the area). Greatly appreciated the flexibility and rapid response with the hosts.

Great house

The house was great. Close to a beautiful paved trail where we saw 7 wild horses. House fit 5 adults comfortably with room to spare. Well appointed kitchen. We would book again. Host was very communicative.

Lot of bang for buck

House was huge. It was also very clean
 The internet was very fast. The check in and check out process was a breeze
 Nico was attentive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was a quick drive to many shopping and restaurant option. It is about 15 minutes to downtown Reno. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Needs cleaning inside and out

I really thought the house could have been a 5 star but we found the outside needs to have a cleaning of weeds and walkways. Inside was worse sticky entry table, the couch was so dirty we had to flip the cushions to be comfortable to even sit on them, broken window shades that we couldn’t open, upstairs guest bath shower curtain was very dirty needs replaced, stair rails look like they have dirty finger prints all over them This house has the potential to be a great vrbo if you hire a GOOD maid and maintenance person. Also upon arrival we found the side garage door standing open

Quality Home

This home worked out great for our retirement party get together. Lots of space, very clean and minimal cleanup during our checkout process. Would highly recommend this property for larger parties or a family. Nice quiet upscale neighborhood as well!

Beautiful home

This house is great for big groups, has lots of space and in a beautiful neighborhood. I didn’t want to give it less than a 5 star, however, we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a BBQ, we had to borrow one from the neighbor Loyde. Also, for having a fun backyard, which we did use, there was no patio furniture. Beside that’s, or stay was great.

Great weekend!

Nico was such a gracious host and helped make the stay at his lovely property wonderful! We really enjoyed our time there and used the space too it's fullest! There was plenty of room and it was incredibly comfortable! Would definitely stay there again!

First time to Reno / Lake Tahoe

For my 50th birthday I wanted to enjoy the snow and what the Lake Tahoe offered and the night life and gambling of Reno. With the wave of snow storms not stopping, I wanted to ensure that I could enjoy both Reno and Lake Tahoe without the risk of being stuck in one place. Perfect choice in Reno

The house is clean and spacious for our group of skiers. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location is not bad for travelling to Northstar you can go either I-80 or Mt Rose highway.

Beautiful large home in a quiet nice neighborhood. Close to a variety of stores and shops. Home has everything you would need! Felt right at home.
