Our family stayed in this two bedroom/two bath apartment while we visited family and explored DC. The apartment was clean and well stocked, it had one king bedroom and another with two twins which was perfect for our family. We could easily walk all over Reston Town Center and the drive to a metro stop with parking was less than 10 minutes. Bushra, the representative we worked with, was attentive and very responsive. She even left a gift bag outside our room with treats and snacks for the kids. We felt so welcome and cared for, absolutely will stay here again next time weâre in the area.
The walkability of the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff is great. We loved DeShawn. The grounds are so pretty.
Our particular suite was NOT in great condition. The tp holder was torn off the wall with a hole in the drywall. he blinds in the family room were broken. It looked like someone had had a party in there.
I am still waiting to hear about some type of compensation.
Although the apartments are small, the overall complex was exceptionally well thought out and luxurious. Business and visitation areas were plentiful and spacious. Courteous and knowledgeable staff for the complex although they are NOT affiliated with the GLS management group. Apartments were clean but small. Not really designed or large enough for entertainment. Kitchenette works very well here. AND... you have to like dogs. There are pets everywhere... in the halls, elevators, business areas, lobby. All day and all night.
Property stated two bedrooms it never mentioned one had twin beds. The cleaning team does not do a good job cleaning. Soiled carpet in areas could have easily been cleaned and bathrooms were not cleaned throughly. No one never told me to make sure I check in with the concierge and they would explain process for parking and acceding the property. Different people emailed me everyday about uploading Drivers license and credit card for room incidentals then different people asked for the same info for parking but never explained what to do when I got to the property Very poor communication.
Beautiful apartment, and very clean and well-appointed. The company was very helpful, and I would definitely stay again and/or use GLSâ services again.
