Our stay was a pleasure. We had more than enough space for my wife and I. Everything was in great condition and very clean. You have privacy and able to have an enjoyable time. The location was convenient with stores and restaurants close by. We would definitely book again!!

This was my first stay at a Vrbo and Reston Tiny House was absolutely amazing. Susan goes above and beyond for her guests. She really thinks about every detail and includes everything you need to a perfect stay. The place is wonderful and very comfortable. It is close to lots of nice restaurants and grocery stores. It was very close and convent to the metro to visit DC. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

This was the absolutely best experience I’ve had using any kind of rental service! Communication was outstanding and so very nice! The unit itself was unbelievable. It was spotless and it was nicer than the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Comfort level through the roof. Close to anything you’d want to get to including DC, but Reston itself is nice as well. I’m going to be very disappointed if this isn’t available the next time I visit.

The Reston Tiny Home is a wonderful place for a peaceful getaway. I stayed here for 4 days for a self-card weekend. I choose RTH because of the amazing reviews and it is closer to my favorite spa than where I live. To start, there is a designated parking spot for you when you arrive, followed by a personal walk path to the actual accommodations. It is a keyless entry and when you first walk in the house is in pristine condition! If you are like me, you’ve read the reviews about all the inclusions, but you have to see everything in person. The unit is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and the works. For an added touch of fabulous there was a large bowl of chocolate as well as champagne, nonalcoholic cider and sparkling water and flat water provided. There is also a pamphlet with QR codes for all the local grocery stores and eating spots. The bathroom was stocked with make up remover wipes, and cleaning products in case you didn’t bring your own. There’s a washer and dryer on site with detergent and dryer sheet sheets available for your use. There are robes and slippers! It was truly a treat to be able to stay at RTH and I definitely plan to return for future staycations!

This rental is an absolute gem, not to mention our gracious and generous host, Susan. We were in the DC area for about 10 days and this location was central to everything: Dulles Airport, DC, sightseeing in VA, MD, PA and WV. Superbly comfortable for the two of us, complete with high-end appliances and furniture throughout, hot tub available 24/7, luxurious towels and robes, well-stocked kitchen (not only cookware and utensils, but spices, oils, popcorn, ample coffee pods and creamers, teas, etc.). Add to this, reading resources about the area, washer and dryer with laundry supplies, toiletries, and more -- all hospitably and thoughtfully provided!When we booked, Susan confirmed our reservation immediately, and she continued to provide helpful communication before, during, and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed for a relaxing home away from home. This 'tiny house' (though it felt much bigger than that) is tastefully decorated and equipped throughout. Susan even provided us with bottles of Prosecco & sparking cider, chocolates and ice cream bars ... we felt pampered!Truly, a must see / must stay if you or you and one other person are in the area of Reston, VA. We cannot say enough positive things about this rental and hope to stay again the next time we are travelling through. We highly recommend!

Wow, wow, wow! By far one of the best VRBOs we've stayed at! If you are considering this area, you have to stay here! Check in was seamless. When we walked in and started to explore, the host went above and beyond with chocolate on the counter, wine and water in the fridge, popcorn and oatmeal to eat and a kitchen that has everything you could need. I bought coffee creamer and face wipes and realized I didn't need either as they were provided! There was even sewing supplies! We were spoiled with the luxury ropes and towels and took full advantage of the hot tub outside. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. We were appreciative of the pamphlet provided with instructions for the space and tons of QR codes to order from local places. We would 100% come back! If you are shopping around for places, stop right now and book here! It was better than a luxury hotel!

This is a wonderful property, with a kind and generous proprietor--strongly recommended for anyone visiting the Reston/Dulles Airport area or anywhere nearby. I think we might have been the first ever guests at this wonderful tiny house. It was utterly spotless and almost everything inside seemed new. It seemed like new construction, flawless. The place feels more like a large apartment than a little house, but maybe that’s because I haven’t got a lot of experience with little houses. There’s a sizable bedroom with a big closet, a big comfortable living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a stall shower, as well as an outdoor sitting area and access to the large, clean hot tub. The owner has thought of everything and then some. The design is modern and tasteful. The bed is a sleep number bed, which saved my back! The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are completely full of useful things, most of which you wouldn’t find in a hotel room. In addition to the usual dishes and pots and pans, there’s a Keurig coffee maker, complete with every variety of coffee you might want. There was a bowl of chocolates out on the counter and several things in the fridge (ice cream bars, carbonated apple juice, spring water, etc.), all available at no extra charge. There’s a washer and dryer in the bathroom, along with detergent and even spot remover. They, of course supplied us with bar and liquid soap, shampoo, etc. There were too many nice touches to list! Splendid place!
