Got an email to ask how our checkin was, problem was we were still 30-40min away from hotel. Then get a call from hotel asking if we were coming and when we would be checking in. Once we arrived and checking in one of the front desk employees had keys ready for a room which was not what we booked. Obviously they gave our room to someone else. Mistakes happen just be open about it.

Thus propert was fantastic! Absolutely loved staying here. It was quiet (even though it was close to the highway), convenient, clean, comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. Most important to me since I was travelling alone with my daughter was that it felt safe. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Fine stay here. We were driving through from British Columbia to Alberta and have stayed here before (and likely will again). Samren in the breakfast area was especially nice. This was just the place we wanted.

It was fine for what we needed - 1 night en route home with our toddler. Would probably want something with more space and closer to town if staying longer. We chose parking lot side as we were told the mountainview side would have train noise, but we had to deal with loud parking lot noise with cars coming in late.
