The fan was extemely loud, bathroom had issues my partner endend up fixing himself. We got woken up at 6am and ever 15 30 mins afterthat since the walls are really not soundproof. Not a good experience

I read a few very bad reviews after I booked our trip and we were nervous about our stay. We even brought our own cleaning products and beddings just in case!! Well, we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the size of the room since we had a small dog; Scottish Terrier. I am not sure why some people wrote such bad reviews about dirty rooms, unfriendly front desk , etc. maybe those were very isolated incident and sometimes, things happen. Good help is hard to find these days. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and big room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. In addition, my wife was sick the whole time we were in Revy and literally stayed in bed for three days except for a small 3 hour outing for dinner one evening. If a very sick person can stay in bed and feeling comfortable for three straight days, it’s good enough for us all unless you are looking for 5 STAR LUXURY accommodation with a McDonald’s budget!! We’d stay there again for sure. No questions ask. Happy New Year

It was a good stay. The only disappointment was that the pool in the building we stayed in was closed. It made going to the pool a hassle. It wouldn't have been so bad in the summer but in winter it was a definite pain.

Staff was nice. The sheets on one of the beds had hair all over the sheets, which led me to believe they were not clean. They brought us new linen when asked. The house keeping was not too good. One day they didn’t clean and brought us fresh towels. The second day I left the tag to make beds and clean and they cleaned but didn’t make beds. Also, I didn’t have a kitchen. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Loved the hot chocolate and coffee at the entrance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpets are a little rough throughout and the noise between rooms was pretty loud but overall the stay was good and it served its purpose for us. Loved that the parking was easy and free. Thank you.

The rooms we stayed in were clean & comfortable, but the sheer curtains in one room were almost shredded, giving the room a rather rough appearance, once the outer heavy drapes were pulled back. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful.
