We absolutely loved our stay at Grandi. The rooms were in excellent condition. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They lend us lockers to store our luggage so we can go on our post cruise day trip 10 days after check out. We are really grateful. Thank you Grandi and Team!

They have no fan,no airconditioner in the room. On a hot sweating day when we entered and asked for cooling they suggested it will go better in evening time. Tons of noise is outside if you attempt to open the window as its just outside a busy city centre. Staff has no respect for guest and wait time on any request is terrible. Should not have come here, my biggest mistake.

Nice property, about a 15 minute walk from city center. Nice to take day trips from here since not so downtown. Pillows were very small, bed a bit stiff.

Rooms need to be refreshed

This hotel needs a refresh-towels were threadbare and bathroom had poor lighting and smelled. Room also needs better lighting. Front desk staff is excellent but rooms need some help. VIP amenity-I wanted to use drink coupon in morning for free coffee but I couldn’t use it until 12:00. Disappointing.

Lovely spot close to the sea

We had the rooms with the small sitting area. The location was great. The rooms were amazingly quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The spa was quiet and lovely. Right next to a wharf.

We cannot praise the staff enough at this hotel!! So, so helpful, clean and friendly!! Spa is great! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Very convenient to walk to the city center! And I LOVE the resident cat!!

Comfortable stay with great spa

Very comfortable stay with nice rooms. Location is slightly out of town but easy to access. Spa was a bonus, calm & well laid out. Breakfast was average with what I would consider poor ingredients & not the best layout with kitchen smells- out of step with the rest of the hotel

My have 2, separate shower room . The first one is smell stingkie fell uncomfortable because toille is smell bad 😞😞 we didn't used and all we used the second shower room it's ok . toilet no smell .
