There is no reception and no visible staff on-site, but the room was clean and spacious, and had adjustable heating.
The hot water has a sulfur-ish smell, but you get that with glacial water. The two different shower cubicles I used had the same tap setup (one for flow, another for temperature) but one cubicle had the water on a timer but nowhere to hang the showerhead, so you'd have to hold it all the time.
The kitchen has 3 microwaves, 1 kettle, a hotplate and assorted pots/pans, enough cutlery and plates, a shelf unit for dry foods and a large upright fridge and provides labels for your food stuff.
The lounge has 36 chairs & a 2 person lounge, and 6 high tables and 2 low tables.
