The Natura was a good hotel, the rooms were comfortable and clean. There was ample parking and it was a short 1 km walk to the cathedral and the downtown. It was also close to roads for travelling in and out of Reykjavik

Company “protocols” refused to give me a refund, even though I cancelled the last two nights well within the 24 hour window. I had a health issue (heart) in the airport parking lot! So I didn’t even leave the US. I’m very disappointed. A poor welcome to Iceland, to say the least.

Better off going to hot springs then paying for pool access. No robes or slippers in rooms, bathroom small and outdated. Onsite restaurant quite expensive. Heater in room wasnt working. Nice thing was parking was free.

Overall not a bad hotel, they tried to charge me £856 to the card I left on the first night which could have caused a lot of stress on the holiday. Luckily my card had just under and no overdraft. When I questioned it they denied it till I showed them on the last day when we checked out and said it was a new staff’s mistake so not a great/trustworthy experience. However the room was nice and clean and quiet.

The hotel is a bit outside the city center but the rooms were very spacious and very clean. The restaurant and included breakfast were first rate with a massive selection of delicious foods. Very much enjoyed this hotel.

Hotel is just average. Rooms are a decent size. Food is not bad but not worth the price. Depending on who was at the desk you either found a pleasant and helpful worker or someone who couldnt be bothered. A little too far outside of the main part of the city and detached. Would have loved to utilize the spa but the hours require you to miss a day of seeing the beautiful country.

The website and the reality were very far from each other. We chose this place because it featured a hot tub and a pool. We mentioned and asked about them at check-in and the staff didn't mention the hours which was exactly the times we couldn't use them. Open from 11am to 7pm! If the website had said that we wouldn't have picked this place. The staff were not very friendly. The dining room was also confusing as to the buffet and where you could sit. The rooms need a bit of updating.
