The ground floor features a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two additional guests. This level has been thoughtfully designed to offer step-free access, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility, ensuring comfort and independence with the utmost respect and care.
First Floor:
On the first floor, guests will find two separate living areas—one with a fireplace—two dining areas, a second fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. These spacious common areas are ideal for relaxing or enjoying shared meals in comfort.
Second Floor:
The second floor hosts three beautifully decorated double bedrooms, a bright office area that opens to a private terrace, two bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding.
