The thick stone walls keep the apartment comfortably cool in the summer and the radiant heat from the flooring provides a cozy warmth allowing you to walk in stocking feet on cold winter days.

- Bedrooms
The large bedroom features 1 King size bed (200cm*200cm) with comforter and pillows filled with polyester and all necessary bed linens.

The small bedroom features 1 Queen size bed (140cm*190cm) with comforter and pillows filled with polyester and all necessary bed linens.

- Kitchen
The large kitchen is installed in June 2020 and well-equipped, features modern appliances. Contact us for a detailed inventory of the kitchen.

- Bathroom
The bathroom has a window to the courtyard providing natural light and fresh air, features a large, walk-in shower. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper as well as towels are provided.
- No Pet is allowed

- Parking
Short-term parking of less than one hour in our court yard is allowed for you to load/unload the car. The village ordinance only allows short time parking in front of the building and we do not provide parking spaces. There is free unlimited parking in the public lot which is approximately 3 minutes away (walking distance).

- Bicycle stand
You can park your bicycles in our courtyard under the roof. Please note that we do not take liability for loss or damages. Please always secure your bikes.

- Seating in the yard
In our courtyard we have prepared tables and chairs for you.
