White Cottage

Our second visit to White Cottage and we have already booked for next summer. The hot-tub was a great success and well maintained. The location and views are spectacular. All appliances were in working order. The separate freezer was a real bonus as was the additional oven. A great venue for a large gathering.

This house is amazing the location is incredible I loved waking up and walking along the beach with my coffee The house itself needs a little TLC here and there but it’s still an amazing and comfy home to be in I stayed here with my family for my 60th and we just loved it Would highly recommend this house

Ideal family house

We stayed for 3 nights at WhiteCottage mid November. The house was warm and welcoming. Plenty of kitchen utensils, plates and glasses . Beds were really comfortable with clean white bedding. Stunning location with wonderful views from every room. We will be back.

A great house in a fantastic location

We've returned from a wonderful week in Anglesey. White Cottage is in a fantastic location with the most stunning views! The house itself had everything we needed, was super clean on arrival and gave us the perfect location for our very large extended family and dogs. The two best things about this house though are hands down the views and the location. From having a bath overlooking the crashing waves, to sitting in bed with a coffee with a beach view, nearly every room has a view of the coast and it's magical. Rhosneigr is also a fantastic location, beaches everywhere you turn, cafes, shops and restaurants in abundance, you'll never want to leave.

Brilliant week making wonderful memories with family and friends.

We had a fantastic week at White Cottage. Ideal location and very comfortable accommodation. Hot tub really clean. Needs a little TLC in parts though, En-suite bathroom behind loo and bidet needs attention. Maybe a working hose outside for rinsing wetsuits etc. Otherwise fantastic. Thanks White Cottage. Hopefully we will be back. ☺️

Great house and location. Internet connection is poor and needs improvement. Not well catered for drying wetsuits etc and a line outside and pegs would help. Some of parts of house need a bit of TLC but overall very enjoyable

Summer Holidays in Rhosneigr

We’ve found our home from home! What a beautiful house with everything you need. We had originally booked for 7 nights, but extended our stay as we wanted to spend more time enjoying beautiful Anglesey. As a family of 5 (2 toddlers (2 years and 3 years old) and a black lab) the house catered for us perfectly. We enjoyed paddle boarding on Broad beach, walking into Rhosneigr for ice creams and coffees and spending our holiday money in Janet Bell! Such a beautiful house in such a great location - we’ve already booked to go back again next year! Anglesey Holiday Lettings were so helpful and diligent when we asked to extend, you are in safe hands if staying here!

White Cottage, Rhosneigr, July 2025

The house is in one of the best locations in Rhosneigr, with panoramic views across beaches and sea. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the 13 people in our group. We loved the proximity to the beach and easy walk into the village centre. It was beautifully quiet at night and it was magical listening to the waves and birds especially as the sun was setting. We loved the large kitchen diner and lounge. The hot tub was a massive hit especially with the children and was super clean with fantastic views over the bay. It would be useful to have a kitchen brush and dustpan to try and keep everything cleaner as it was impossible to keep the sand out. We had to buy bin bags, washing up liquid and toilet rolls which at that price I think should be provided. The bedrooms could do with a bit of redecoration in parts. We did have a wonderful stay and I would definitely return

Birthday week away

White Cottage is a fab house overlooking the beach. Bedrooms all had sea views also lounge and kitchen/ dinning room. Only one shelf between the 2 ovens. Down stairs shower flooded into hall. Phone and housekeeper came within 30 mins. Plumber arrived within 1.30 mins and fixed problem, blocked shower drain. Housekeeper came back to sort oven shelves. Lovely comfortable house would book again for large group of people.

Perfect beachside getaway

We recently stayed at White Cottage - a family celebration for a 70th birthday. We consisted of 3 generations, aged 73 down to 4 and we can honestly say that there was something there for all of us. The location couldn't have been better ...... direct access onto the beach was just fabulous. The hot tub, tucked away for extra privacy, but still with gorgeous views of the sea, was a wonderful addition. We booked Friday - Monday, allowing those members who had to return to work on Monday, a longer stay on the Sunday. The images from the cottage, with its panoramic views from the lounge will be etched into our memories for a long time. Rhosneigr itself is a lovely village, with a visit to The Oystercatcher being a must, as well as the lovely Sandy Mount House (drinks on the outside verandah!), beautiful 2- 3 mile walk around the lake. In short, we had a FABULOUS time and simply did NOT want to leave!! What a perfect choice

Wonderful beach house

Had a lovely week at White Cottage, which is perfectly located with it's own access to the beach. Plenty of parking, large open plan kitchen dining, perfect for large groups and a comfortable living room with fantastic views. The property is a bit tired in places, particularly outside. There is no shade in the garden, which was only an issue for the one summer's day we had! A few niggles; Only 1 front door key for up to 14 guests, the beds upstairs are only suited to children and the upstairs double is very uncomfortable, small and noisy. (wooden bed on wooden floor) Overall we were pleased with our stay.

New year Rhosneigr holiday

Fantastic house for a large family holiday. Amazing location and brilliant views from every window. Only issue was that the hot tub was very cold when we got there and didn’t warm up until the next morning so we missed a night. When you’ve used it as a way to get your teenagers to come away with you it can create a problem. We were emailed to say that it would have to warm up but would have like led it that first night. Also we couldn’t find the light switch for the outside light so a bit dark. Wouldn’t put us off going again though but would be nice if looked at.

Perfect location & house for family break

Wow wow wow What an amazing find! The house is directly on the beach and less than a minute from the massive broad beach. The beach the house garden leads on feels like your own private beach as not many people come to this section. The little island has beautiful flowers and endless birds, plus we had a helicopter land whilst we were there! The house itself is very well equipped and spacious, great for a large family gathering - although somebody does need to end up in the bunk beds! The location is fab, only a few mins walk into town for ice cream, supplies, pub and then the oystercatcher pub a few mins in the opposite direction. Plus only 30ish mins to snowden, zipworld etc We had a fab time and when we feel ready to brave the long drive we will be back!

Wonderful location

The most outstanding features of White Cottage are the location and the spacious size of the house. Our group comprised six adults and five children, from newborn to age seven. We got plenty of useful information about the house and surrounding area leading up to our stay. This was all great. Check-in was very easy. We loved the easily accessible beach at the back and the main beach right there at the front of the house! My family love the beach and love to swim in the sea. We had a really wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return. There are a couple of things I would recommend: it lacked a bit of TLC in terms of cleaning and maintenance. The garden furniture was missing cushions and one of the balcony chairs was broken. The skylight looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while and looked a bit unsightly. For the price, I expected some toiletries in the bathrooms. This has been the case in other similar priced places we’ve stayed. Nothing major, but a little TLC and it would be perfection.

Amazing views

Very large house for a family holiday amazing views right on the beach lovely village every thing in walking distance fab restaurants house bit disappointed had to wait till bang on 5 o clock till we could go in thinking it would be spotless but all windows and glass doors full of hand prints so the amazing views from the windows were unpleasant lot of the ornaments were broke head off seagull in bedroom looked a mess no tv in any bedroom good job only 2 of us if we had brought the kids they need there own space and no tv in rooms to chill out in gardens outside need attending to very rough booked the hot tub as extra but it was locked no keys we thought only found them on the Sunday when we were leaving was no note to say we’re they were maybe put them on the main keys with a label on in all the house needs a little TLC and expensive for what we got on a positive was left a very nice welcome pack which is a lovely touch x

Probably the best location in Rhosneigr!

Having stayed in Rhosneigr before we had a good idea where we wanted to stay this time. White Cottage has probably the best location in town! It is perfectly situated on the front of the beach and this particular part of Rhosneigr is quieter than some parts despite being very central to all the local amenities. Waking up to the sounds of the waves is one of the best feelings in life and being in this location, so close to the beach and sea allowed for this. Equally wonderful was looking at the sunset from this location at night, truly magical. White Cottage is the perfect distance to walk into the central part of Rhosneigr. With it's lovely cafes, restaurants, shops etc... it could not be more convenient. White Cottage itself is a good size. The kitchen is practical and comfortable. So is the sitting room with amazing views across the beach and sea. The bedrooms are comfortable but the wardrobes are needing updated as looking a little warn. The bathrooms were clean and practical too. Outside at the front of White Cottage is ample parking space which is handy as double yellow lines are on the nearby roads. At the back of the cottage there is a small patio and grass area. This area could do with a little tlc as could the upstairs balcony which we didn't use. The younger adults and teenagers staying loved the hot tub. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and it catered for all ages from my 84 year old mum to my 4 month old grandson! We took our dogs too and respected the house rules for dogs.

Fabulous cottage

We had a fantastic stay at White Cottage - the location is just outstanding with most rooms having an uninterrupted sea views. Nice modern and spacious living areas for a big group and comfortable beds. Literally a stone’s throw from a lovely long beach and a short walk to nice restaurants nearby. Slight downsides are the small bathroom facilities downstairs if the house is at high occupancy and the garden needs a little bit of TLC, but would we return ? yes, in a heartbeat…Anglesey Holiday Lettings could not be more helpful or efficient too.. thank you
