A well-kept, lush, Mediterranean style garden surrounds this exclusive property which comprises a main house and a separate 1-bedroom Annex. The accommodation is spread over two levels, this villa includes on the ground floor a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one of which is accessed from outside). On the first floor, also accessible from outside, there is a third bedroom with a panoramic veranda and a bathroom with shower. Overall, the property features welcoming interiors tastefully furnished with comfort in mind and a large, fully furnished terrace and spillover, saltwater pool. Set in a splendid rural location just over 2 km from the nearest sandy beach, this villa affords uninterrupted views over the surrounding landscape and the sea.

This villa is also an excellent base from which to explore the rich cultural and natural heritage of the area, such as the beaches of Seccagrande and Eraclea Minoa, the nature reserves of Foce del Fiume Platani and Torre Salsa, the spectacular Realmonte's Scala dei Turchi, the enchanting Valley of the Temples, Sciacca, Selinunte, Mazara del Vallo, Trapani and Marsala, all within a short drive.
