Nice stay

We stayed at this hotel twice in the span of our week. The first time the stay was excellent. Breakfast was great, super friendly employees. The second time we stayed, there was no shampoo in the bathroom at all. Overall the stay was excellent both times. Breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal and other pastry items. Rooms were spacious, we stayed in extra large room 2 Queen Beds and a pull out full sofa bed.

Our stay was very fun! The breakfast had many options and was delicious! The pool was a nice size with optional misters overhead. The treadmill belt would slip if you run on it so I don’t recommend using it for anything but walking slow. The bathroom by the pool’s door was hard to get to lock or wouldn’t lock at all. The front desk help was nice when you saw them but not always at the front to get help or ask questions. We spent most of our time in the pool with our kids and that was so worth it. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay again!

We stayed 2 nights and asked front desk, at 6:00 am, to have our room cleaned and refresh towels. After returning to the room at 7:00 pm, nothing was done. Front desk said maids access key did not work and couldn’t get in room. Really! Our key worked fine. We were given clean towels by front desk
