The staff were absolutely amazing! My favorite was Mr. O, the hotel driver. He was friendly, provided amazing food recommendations around the city, and made me feel comfortable traveling alone in a new city!

Mi estancia en Hilton fue excelente. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. El ambiente es tranquilo y elegante, ideal para descansar. The majority of the staff were very friendly. We were staying for 2 nights. The room we were originally assigned had a leak in the bathroom. We were moved to another room. In the morning we left for the day when we returned there was a leak in that bathroom (coming from the vent) and all of my stuff that was on the counter was soaking wet. We were offered to move into another room but as it was late and we were leaving in the morning, we declined.
