What a lovely apartment. High ceilings, large windows, a beautifully carved mantel. My husband and I and our dog found the apartment just the right size for us. It’s located near museums and good restaurants. The neighborhood’s gardens and magnificent architecture are a delight.

Perfect little springboard to explore Richmond

We (two teenagers and 1 adult) came to Richmond for GalaxyCon in March, and we needed an inexpensive little place to stay - and this spot was perfect for our needs. The kids took the big bed and I took the sofa (which was surprisingly comfortable); the bathroom was large and nice, and it was overall just a great spot to come back to after a day of museums, walking around Carytown, etc. Thanks for a nice trip!

Location was great. Access was great. Parking is convenient. The bed felt like an air mattress. The room was freezing the first night. I asked to raise the heat but quickly realized the living room was the only room that would heat up. So the room was still cold. I then tried the space heater but that would only heat things within a 2ft radius. Thank fully it wasn't cold out side the next night if not we would have been freezing again. Also, what's the point of a cleaning fee if you still have to take your own trash outside. Placing it in the trash bin inside should be sufficient, especially since this is a consistent rental space and not where someone lives.

Perfect for us and our pets

We spent just one night to break up a super long road trip down I95 and it was perfect. It is close to the interstate, there is ample free parking, no extra charge for our 3 cats (most places limit to two pets and usually for a fee), a comfy king bed plus a full kitchen, living room and large bathroom. Check in was simple via a keypad entry with personalized code. Though we didn’t get out to see the town, it was central, close to the science museum, and yet on a quiet street. The building is old but nice and clean. I would definitely stay there againn.

A perfect stay!

My husband and i were in town to visit our son for 3 nights. I chose this apt because of the location and vrbo comments. I was so glad we chose to stay here because it was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and so easy to get to restaurants, museums, etc. Its on a beautiful street with lovely homes so a quiet area. All pictures and descriptions on the vrbo site were just right. The owner also was so quick to respond and helpful. It's one of the best places we have stsyed in Richmond. If we ever return we will definitely stay here again.

Our host was very responsive and prepared our apartment with care. It was very clean and adequately furnished. The location was charming and easily accessible to the highway. Air conditioners were extremely loud however, and neighbors arrived at all hours of the night, making for a restless night’s sleep. All in all, we were grateful to have a safe tidy place to stay in Richmond
