The condo is quite lovely and public transportation is right outside the door. The check-in host was thorough. The checkout instructions, however, require guests to sweep, do dishes, etc. These directions should be given upfront and the cleaning fee should be waived) or significantly lowered) if I have to work while on vacation.
They donât tell you about check in process I had gotten to Richmond early the morning and began site seeing Thur the day having issues to get a hold of the property people when finally getting a hold of them in the afternoon they then told me I had to check into the guitar shop under the property and that they close at 6 I then had to rush out to make it on time to get checked in because I was a hour away and had to stop with my site seeing. The shower was wonky with pressure and tempature. upon arrival I was told that the young child we had with us would have to charge for even tho I didnât even think about since we let the child come with us at last min. The check out process wasnât terrible except was was ask to sweep the floors and when Iâm on vacation that is the last thing I wanna do. The over all place is not bad they just need to work on improving a few things.
The place was cozy and inviting. Management helped explain everything and was understanding. Would definitely book again if I need a place to stay in the area.
This was a nice place to stay, convenient to lots of things. Parking was a little inconvenient to stay on top of, but street parking was accessible if you don't mind walking a block or two sometimes. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The space was fantastic and located in the Arts District. Lots of great restaurants, shops, and galleries are only a short walk away. So much to do and see and would definitely enjoy the chance to stay again!
The condo was great! Everything was just as the pictures showed, and it was just a neat place to stay! Very accommodating! The staff were so friendly and made sure they walked us through everything. It was located right next to some great restaurants and a couple of coffee shops! The only thing we didnât care for was the parking and the unsettling feeling from all the homeless people in the parking lots. We woke up Sunday morning and had someoneâs food placed on the mirrors of the vehicle.
