Awesome property, well located in a clean and safe neighborhood, and great communication from the hosts. Easy access and parking just feet from the front door. The house was clean with everything we needed for a 4 night stay, will definitely stay here again if we return to Richmond!

The apartment was nice with easy parking, a fine yard for our pup, and a safe location. The host was easy to communicate with and readily responded when we reported a few items in need of maintenance like a very squeaky bed. It was in walking distance to a few cafes as well. Overall, we were happy staying in the apartment for a long weekend, but it could use some TLC as a few of the walls and furniture look a little damaged (most likely from previous guests) and the fence in the backyard doesn't fully close.

I was in Virginia for my son's AIT graduation at Fort Lee. This place is less than 30 minutes away in the perfect location. This is a very beautiful house, inside and out. Everything was set up perfectly for our arrival. The house was very clean and perfect. It was very pet friendly and there is a fenced in back yard, perfect for your fur baby and it is in the perfect location to take your fur baby for a walk. Less than a mile from the house, there is a walk way in the middle of the bridge that overlooks a beautiful view and is perfect for that morning or afternoon walk. The owners were very nice and excellent on answering any questions that I had. I would absolutely recommend this house for your stay.

Great location

My family came to visit my son and attend the Riverrock Festival. The house was a perfect location for everything. We could easily walk to the festival and it was close to downtown. The backyard was great for our dog, too. We really enjoyed our time here.
